Paypal’s $1.8 billion valuation is based on its $5 billion annual revenue and more than 2.7 million active users.
The startup was founded in 2015 and was acquired by PayPal in January 2017.
The valuation is an annual percentage yield (APY) of about 1.25% for the company, according to the company.
