“You have to be very open and honest about what you’re trying to accomplish.”
This is what I learned from a great interview I did with Bill Gates.
It’s a question I often get asked about my book The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
I wanted to find out how to get people to want to follow me.
And how to make sure that people actually follow me, because that’s how I’m going to make money.
The interview is one of the best I’ve ever done, and it was so insightful, and so fun.
I was so excited to talk to Gates.
He’s a great interviewer, and he was a little tough on me for some of the things I said in the book.
But I’ve been doing this job for more than 10 years, and I’ve never gotten so much satisfaction out of anything.
He said the same thing to me.
“Bill, I want you to take a look at my business.
I’ve built my business over a decade, and we’re on the cusp of a revolution.
I want to build something that is truly unique, and the best way to do that is to show people what you know and what you’ve learned.”
And that’s what I did.
I didn’t want to be the new guy.
I felt like I was going to fail.
But Gates said, “Bill!
Don’t be a new guy.”
And I was like, “Well, that’s a good thing, because I’m not the new Guy.”
I wanted him to know that, but I also wanted him not to think that I was.
So we talked for two hours, and at the end of the conversation, I said, I’m a guy who’s learned a lot over the years.
I had done a lot of different things over the past 10 years.
And Bill said, that was great.
And I felt a little bit better.
He thought I was a good guy, and that was good.
But he was very clear that he wasn’t going to do what I was doing.
He wasn’t doing what I wanted, and what I asked for.
And so I decided that I had to change.
So I got a new team and I hired two people who I think are good people.
And the people who are now on the team are my biggest fans.
The people who were on my team are also my biggest critics.
So the team is great, and they’re super cool, but they have a very specific vision of what they want.
And they have that vision that’s been driven by my passion and my drive.
And that was very different from the first year.
We were trying to make an honest business.
We’re not trying to do the most awesome thing possible.
We wanted to do something that people wanted.
We weren’t trying to reinvent the wheel.
And people have to understand that.
And then when you get those people in place, you have to really build a team that’s going to be successful, and a culture that’s strong.
And we have a culture right now that’s built around being great at this business.
So there’s no need to be so different.
I think that’s where we’ve been.
We’ve been building our company for 10 years and we’ve built a very successful company.
And it’s really a good place to be right now.

We all have different goals, different ideas.
We might have different ambitions, but that doesn’t make us different people.
I know what it feels like to want something that’s different from what you want.
You don’t have to get that.
I don’t know how much more that can make you feel good.
And you can also learn from what I’ve learned.
Bill Gates is a great example of someone who has had a tremendous career and has built his own business to the very top.
But it was never about him, it was always about the company.
He was never interested in the money, he was never in the financials.
But that’s the thing I love about his company.
Bill is very driven by his passion, and then he builds a culture around it.
He builds a business that’s driven by passion and driven by ambition, and people are very happy with it.
It doesn’t matter if you’re rich or poor.
It isn’t about where you come from.
And there’s a lot that you can learn from Bill Gates about what he does, and how he’s built his company and built his business.
